In the last decades, term stem cells has been one of main topics to be discussed due its scientific and medical importance, since implementation in field medicine offers us very promising alternatives treatment above all solution diseases such as diabetes, Alzheimer, Parkinson's disease, cancer, treatments traumatology orthopedics, transplants, oral surgery, well reconstruction organs tissues including those dental origin, among others. Stem are undifferentiated characterized by their great capacity for self-renewal, clonality differentiation; they present embryonic adult stages life human beings. At present, a large number sources mesenchymal stromal (MSC) cavity classified into eight populations, which easy obtain team, including: pulp, exfoliated primary teeth, follicle, germ, apical papilla, periodontal ligament, gingiva periosteum. The objective following review is show panorama research from generalities, classification application this group cells, spite advances cell biology, some ethical controversies, tumor formation rejection limit usefulness. That why we carefully describe potential differentiate osteoblasts, osteocytes, odontoblasts, chondrocytes, adipocytes neural cells.
